Practical, Functional, and Aesthetically Pleasing Living Spaces

Canmore IV

UNIQUE SITE WITH ACTIVE WATERWAY AND WETLAND

This project is located on a unique site within Canmore that contains an active waterway and wetland. Extreme measures are being taken with the foundation design and environmental mitigation to ensure no effect on any of the natural habitat around the site occurs during or after construction.

Canmore V

SCANDINAVIAN INSPIRED COTTAGE

Building on our strong presence in the South Canmore development scene, this project has been uniquely designed for working professionals who currently split their time between Calgary and the mountains. The exterior and interior design draw inspiration from cottages found in the Scandinavian countryside – while incorporating mainstays of Canmore architecture like Rundle fieldstone, rough-sawn board and batten, and cedar shake cladding. The home is designed to provide privacy for the clients while maximizing views from the second level.

Southwood I

RANCHER AESTHETIC

Nestled in the established south-Calgary neighborhood of Southwood, this home will be transformed from it’s current 1960’s Rancher aesthetic to a modern craftsman with tasteful nods to the surrounding character. This project is focused on energy efficiency and creating a meaningful space to raise a family. Scale and proportion has been emphasized to ensure a satisfying feel, all while retaining the original footprint of the home.

Long Lake II

SECLUDED COTTAGE

Perched above beautiful Long lake in Nova Scotia, this cottage will be less than half an hour from downtown Halifax, yet removed enough to provide the clients with the seclusion they desire. This exclusive section of the Cottage Country development looks out over pristine waterways, and protected crown land on the opposite shore. The design incorporates local materials to achieve a perfectly proportioned transitional design that we could not be more excited about.

New
Brunswick I

MODERN KITCHEN EXPANSIVE MASTER SUITE

Set along the banks of the Tobique River in New Brunswick, this project is a major restoration and addition to a late-19th century Victorian estate. The existing home is mainly original in many parts and will be stripped down to the framing and re-built using energy-conscious materials – all while retaining the original character of the property.

Renfrew I

COST EFFECTIVE HOME

Cost effective semi-detached home with two unique sides, and a brownstone aesthetic. Renfrew is a relatively untapped community in Calgary’s Northwest, perched just above the historic district of Bridgeland overlooking the downtown core from the East.

Elboya I

BUNGALOW

This project will see the total overhaul of a 1960’s bungalow property. We will be transforming this lightly updated home into a showpiece for the community. Design work is now complete and construction is underway!

Banff I

ORIGINALLY BUILT IN 1912

This project will involve the partial demolition of an existing home, originally built in 1912 in the Historic RNC District in Banff. We are retaining a new dwelling at the rear of the property constructed in 2005, and converting the property to an RC-2 to improve density in the district. The new dwelling with contain an independent basement suite, and 3 spacious floors of living space above, complete with an attached studio space.
