Urban Oasis
Residence
Nestled in the heart of Southwest Calgary, this home was designed to provide an active young family with the space they craved to suit their busy, contemporary lifestyle. Untouched since the 1970’s, this home was completely remodeled with large intercommunicating spaces for family and social time with other distinct spaces for play, study and work.

Mountain Magic Chalet
This chic mountain home was built in South Canmore for an international business couple who required a high spec, highly energy efficient property that allowed them to enjoy the best of the Canadian Rockies. Not only are they very active in outdoor sports, they love to entertain, cook, and play their grand piano. They also work for extended periods of time from Canmore, so they needed a fully functional office for two. We delivered a beautifully crafted, highly efficient home from the ground up. We used innovative foundation materials, high energy spec windows and doors, and combinations of insulation to provide the greatest efficiency possible.

Miners Cottage Residence
Our clients for this new-build are active Canmore locals and members of the real estate community. In a departure from the typical approach of maximum square footage, they asked us to deliver an extremely thoughtful and high end home that focused more on quality and efficiency than size. What we created was a proportional gem that has sparked conversation in the community. Our inspiration was drawn from the traditional miners’ cottages that have long since gone from the streets of Canmore and Banff.
